Dr. Amit

Dr. Amit completed his Ph.D. degree in Computation Electromagnetics from Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, National Institute of Technology Silchar, 2022 and has been awarded with IEEE ComSoc Graduate Congress, GraTE-7 Award for getting recognized as the TOP THESIS work for the year 2022. He has published over 14 research papers including conferences and reputed journals. His current research interests include, metamaterial based wearable antennas, metamaterials for enhancing SNR of MRI machines, multiband and quad-port MIMO antenna systems, machine learning and deep learning algorithms assisted for disease detection, design and application of microwave sensors for medical diagnosis. Dr. Dey is currently associated as a Regular Reviewer of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ANTENNA AND PROPAGATION, IEEE INTERNET OF THINGS JOURNAL, Wireless Personal Communication, Qeios, Optical and Quantum Electronics, Journal of Infrared, Millimeter, and Terahertz Waves etc

Project Engineer

Mr. Gulshan Kumar

Gulshan obtained his B.Tech and M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Rajasthan. He began his career as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. There, he contributed to the project titled Next Generation Wireless Research and Standardization on 5G and Beyond within the Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management. Following this, he worked at the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, as a Junior Research Fellow on the project 6G: THz Test Bed with OAM. Currently, Gulshan is serving as an Associate Project Engineer on a project focused on the Development of Thin Flexible Metamaterials as Add-ons to MRI Scanners for Enhancing MRI Efficiency, Affordability, and Accessibility. His research interests include 5G millimeter-wave technology, Terahertz communication, Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) and Substrate Integrated Circuit Line (SICL) antennas, and Planar Horn antennas.
